What does a PSCG designation of SP-66 SMS Cameo and SP-63 SMS Cameo for 1965 half dollars mean?

I was looking at E-Bay listings and saw 12 1965 SMS Cameo halves up for auction. Some slabbed, some raw. Included are a PCGS slabbed coin that has a label that states "PCGS MS66CAM SMS" and two other PCGS slabbed coins that have labels that state "PCGS SP66CAM SMS" and "PCGS SP63CAM SMS".
Is this a mistake in the label; a change in terminology by PCGS; or does this decribe two separate types of halves? Does the "SP" for these two halves mean "Specimen" and does SP differ from MS? If so, are these two SP halves different somehow from the MS66CAM SMS half?
Your thoughts and comments please.
